Wednesday-...
Today I decided to up my exercise yet again. 25 minutes low intensity cardio in the morning and 30 minute boot camp after work. so we will see how much I can shed now!
I have tried to steer clear of setting a weight goal per month... but I think I am going to set one. I want to weight what I weight in high school by my birthday (225)... that is 38 days away... and 25 lbs away... i think It is possible.
I have been planning V-day today. I really am going to try to make it super romantic and frugal. I am going to hammer out the details and report back with the plan and how much it has cost.
