Ok, i know i'm late but this is perfect challenge!! I have come up with a list of things I want to get done. Reading through the entire thread searching the net I have come up with these

-make candles
-make butter
-make yogurt
-homemade tortillas
-laundry detergent
-pasta
-taco seasoning
-ranch dressing
-learn to can
-sourdough bread
-make "bundles"
-rag rug (i know everyone else is doing it, but they are so cute!)
-darn socks
